Micro Academy

The Livingston Youth Foundation Micro Academy is open to all aspiring young players who would like to learn the game.

Girls Micro Academy

The Girls Micro Academy is open to all girls aged between 5 and 12 years old, including those trying football out for the first time to those who regularly play with local girls teams.

GK Academy

WLYF are committed to improving the standard of footballers throughout the county of West Lothian and our bespoke initiative caters for a playing position that is often forgot about – the goalkeeper!

Girls Development Centre

West Lothian Girls’ Development Centre is a partnership initiative between the Scottish FA South East region and West Lothian Youth Foundation.

Are you over 35? Do you miss taking part in football? This could be just the activity for you!

After School Clubs

West Lothian Youth Foundation can provide a bespoke After School Club for any of the schools within West Lothian.

School of Football

The ‘Cashback’ School of Football funded by the Scottish Governments ‘Cashback for Communities’ initiative is a social & academic S1-3 schools programme schools located in areas of social deprivation, the aim of which is to mould better citizens through the vehicle of football.

Primary School Futsal

Officially recognised by both UEFA and FIFA, Futsal is an exciting, fast-paced football game for mini-teams that is played across the world. West Lothian Youth Foundation have a bespoke Futsal programme for the schools of West Lothian.

Xcite Initiatives

Xcite Soccer Centres

Xcites Soccer Centres promotes children’s football, no matter the ability and are led by qualified football coaches.

Scottish FA / West Lothian Council Initiatives

Mini Kickers

An introductory football coaching programme open to all children aged 3 to 5, attending Nursery School.

Lidl Skill Centre

As the Lead Partner of the Scottish FA’s Skills Centres, Lidl’s investment will provide opportunities in communities all over Scotland for boys and girls aged 5 to 12 years old, of all abilities, to participate in football in a fun, friendly and safe environment.

Tesco Bank Programme

The sessions are aimed at a specific age group and run for six weeks, in each school within West Lothian.

Food Standards Agency Programme

The Food Standards Agency (FSA) have developed a 6-week programme for Primary 4 pupils in West Lothian, encouraging them to eat healthily, get fit, and live hygienically.
